The scaremongering against the Conservatives begins.

It looks like certain Unions are already starting to say an Andrew Scheer PM would mean the end of the world. Spreading fear-mongering with commercials claiming skyrocketing costs of living and rampant climate change if he is voted in. They also claim Doug Ford styled cuts without providing any factual data of what was cut and what the outcomes were of said cuts.

None of this surprises me as anyone that is even center right or moderate compared to Trudeau or those to the left of him are constantly told to Canadians to be a force to be feared. Without showing any evidence of the world ending if Conservatives make up the government. In fact, Canada was doing better under Stephen Harper than it has been with Trudeau in charge.

For one Radical Islam and Islamism was taken seriously under the Harper government. Harper would not have let the Quebec Immigration Crises gone unanswered either and he would have been both pro immigration while being anti the current lack of venting for terrorism, criminals and those with infectious diseases.

Yes, he also did a lot I disagreed with big time, but, that does not mean he did not do somethings right and what he did right Trudeau is doing wrong. He also cut taxes while Trudeau has brought us new taxes supposedly to stop climate change because somehow humans are the enemy of the ecosystem instead of being part of it. He also did at least minimal deregulation and did not see free market principles as nuts. In fact, he was more pro market than Andrew Scheer even is in his current policy proposals.

I am not blowing smoke up the Conservatives behind either though. They are not consistent in their defense of freedom and equality before the law. They are against the major cuts needed to make Canada have a surplus and not our current deficit nightmare. They are not consistently defenders of the only social system that can and would make Canada a Nation that as Wilfred Laurier said, "a Nation that is free with freedom being its Nationality."

That system is the only social system in which all individuals are free to think, do, act, and exchange economically as they see fit free of rights infringement or initiation of coercion. That system is called Capitalism; a system not to be mistaken with cronyism the system often mislabeled as Capitalism.

I am not a conservative, I am not a liberal and I am not a progressive. Nor am I a traditionalist or a reactionary or regressive. I am a Radical For Capitalism and defend fully implementing over time true free market lassiez-faire Capitalism. With the implementation being a gradual one over time.

However, I do have friends that are Conservative Party of Canada members and supporters. These friends tend to be the most accepting and understanding of my own views in politics even if we disagree so much in other areas of philosophy. With my friend's on the left I cannot even have a civil discussion about politics and I just stay silent agreeing to disagree on the matters involved.

The idea that a Conservative government is the end of the world is fear-mongering at its worst. Nor are they truly a rightist party they are in the middle and at most is Center right, but, in the middle. I consider them in a muddled middle, but, they would not make Canada some nightmare either.

I think what would though is if our Nation keeps being brought more and more to the left. Which will keep happening if any other mainstream party gets into power. Despite all our differences on various topics I would rather Andrew Scheer as PM over more Trudeau mess or the far left tactics of a New Democratic parliament.

This does not mean Conservatives are whom I would want in ideally. I would prefer if possible The Freedom Party of Canada to be in power Federally. I also like a lot of The People's Party of Canada's policy while disagreeing with others; specifically their closed borders and anti globalism views. I also would even prefer to have the Libertarian Party of Canada in the parliament, but, they have so many anarchists in their party that it disturbs me.

However, I am willing to give my opponent time to talk and the ability to scream bloody murder in their ignorance. Whereas my political opponents are not willing to sit and discuss things in a calm fashion. The so called liberals on the left do not seen very liberal in the classical sense of the world at all and I keep seeing nothing halting this mentality I am afraid.
