A lot of people whom are not yet saved and born again see telling the truth anti-love or hateful. The actual fact of the matter is that if someone did not love you they would not bother warning you about the hellfire you are going to if you continue in your rebellion. The whole point of warning about false roads which lead into the clutches of Satan/to Hell is to seeing them be saved from hellfire.
However, as consistent Biblical exegesis leads to God's Complete Sovereignty over all creation God is also in charge of whom gets saved. Yet, Christians passing on the good news of the Gospel is part of His means to His decree getting done within his creation. On top of this it is Jesus commandment to go and make disciples of all the Nations, baptizing them in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
The spreading of the good news that Jesus Saves requires knowing what you are being saved from. You cannot explain Christ's Substituting Atonement for the saved/Elect body of Christ without explaining what you are being saved from. That being eternal punishment that in fact all of us deserved. The eternal punishment for the total depravity or radical corruption of human nature against an infinitely Holy God.
There would be no need for God to Decree the event of Christ's death if it really was not for a true penal Substitution for our penalty for those whom God elected to save from time eternal. If there was no true Adam, Eve, Garden of Eden and true fall then there would be no need for a Messiah. It is all an integrated whole an entire worldview.
So, people talkong about there being one way to heaven are doing so out of love for your eternal soul and not out of hate.
