I want to distinguish first political philosophies of Constitutional Republicanism and The Republican Party or GOP. I am not here arguing about Republicans as in those in defense of a Constitutional Republic, " a very limited central federal government with strong localism, community standards and States or municipal rights." On this definition I am absolutely a Canadian Republican.
I also want to point out that if one goes back in history enough the Democratic Party was made up of Republicans philosophically and was called The Democratic Republicans. While at times in the past the Republicans were the mercantile and Big Government group that were anti free(d) markets. Republicans were at one time openly classically liberal and libertarian leaning as well in the 20s and 30s. It all depends which era and time of American history you are in.
Philosophical Constitutional Republicans have been leaders and members of both parties throughout history and Constitutional limited government has found its way into both parties in different eras because as a Philosophy Constitutional Republicanism or limited government proponents have historically up to a certain point considered their political docterines and principles to come before Party affiliation.
Murray Rothbard presents this well in his books on the economical history of America. Put into a great summary in his series on the beginning and end of laissez-faire on America. The idea that The Republican Party has always been Republicans in doctrine and the Democrats have always been leftist Big Government people is simplified beyond recognition. So, what I have to say here makes perfect sense given the history of the GOP and The Democratic Party.
The people pulling the strings behind things like The Deep State in both parties are of the same ilk. Neither Party is principled liberty supporters. I call them the Demonrats and The Ratpublicans. Even if you support Trump and MAGA realize that these folks are surrounded by sharks that smell blood. Both parties are sexually compromised and reprobates that support homo-sex and abortion now. Just because someone is a Republican does not make them culturally conservative or biblically based morally.
Just because someone is in The Republican Party does not make them an actual Republic Proponent an actual, you know Republican for limited government and maximum freedom. Just because someone hides in a Rightist Party does not make them philosophically and doctrinally Rightist or Right-Wing. There are anti freedom One Worlders, globalists and Radical anti Christ Egalitarianism in both parties.
Neither of them is a Christian/Moral party. In fact, both of them can and are being used to gradually bring in the setup for the Beast system during the 7 Year Tribulation after The Rapture of The Church.
