First off I want to start by saying I am not for Open Borders to mass immigration and I agree with Closed Border libertarianism. More specifically a form of Moderate Hoppeanism which wants to stop any immigration that is illegal period and I fully support deportation of all illegal immigrants/aliens now in the USA.
However, that does not justify the existence of a Department of Homeland Security let alone it having access to the IRS rolls. An equally unconstitutional Department that also should be abolished along with the income it steals from American citizens.
Giving the government this power is just looking to have things go off the rails. Just like allowing The NSA, PATRIOT Act, and The TSA over fear of possible future threats after 9/11 was allowed to happen by The Deep State was a mistake. It is not part of the Constitutional Republic that the USA was set up as. Making it both unconstitutional and totally immoral.
