In this episode I take on a Victorious Gospel Sacred Cow. The recent book by Br. Douglas Wilson, "Mere Christendom." A confused explanation of Doug Wilson's homebrewed Political stance known as theocratic libertarianism.
Which on second, third and even fourth reading has a lot of contradictions. While I do believe Br. Wilson is good on a number of areas like being Triumphant this book was not great on re-readings.
The book shows 0 knowledge of the philosophical roots and political definition of a libertarian ethic as an ex-libertarian. Theocratic libertarianism is a contradiction in terms. You can be theocratic or libertarian, but, you cannot combine them.
