"In essentials, unity; in nonessentials, liberty; but in all things charity"
I am Reformed and 110 Grade Calvinist. I am so because Calvinism/Reformed Theology is presented in The Bible. The Canons of Dordrecht and its proceeding articles on Unconditional Election, Total Depravity, Limited or Definite Atonement, Irresistible Grace or Effectual Calling and Preservation of the Saints (Once Saved Always Saved) are all taught straight from the Bible.
Calvinism, though is NOT The Gospel! Only Christ Saves! People and their theological camp does not. If the Bible taught against Calvinism I would no longer be Reformed and yet my salvation would not have not been lost. I was Saved by Christ Alone, By Grace alone and Through Faith Alone long before embracing Reformed Theology. (However, the Reformed Theology is the most Biblical Form and Historical Protestant Theology.)
What matters is being part of the broader Blood Bought Family of Christ. Which exists for all those whom are Truly Saved by Christ. Yes, that includes all those Truly Faithful Arminians. Or 3 Point Calvinists or whatever in between the two positions. The Broader Orthodox Historical Christian Faith is what I ultimately belong to by Belonging to Christ.
