Lots of people generalize corporations in general as being evil in nature. This could not be further from the truth a free market would have corporations in it just like any other market structure not in conflict with market mechanisms and economic freedom. This does not mean we would have corporatism which are two different things.
There are lots of great things that plenty of corporations do in our day to day lives. Just because some of them are corrupt does not mean they all are. We should not generalize all corporations anymore than we should generalize all rich people as evil. Incorporated organizations themselves are the same as any other market functions.
Limited liability is the protection of a right and not a privilege. As long as the Corporation is following the Law Code of the magistrate Under God's Law it would be able to function and exist in a Godly Society. Corporations are made up of individuals cooperating to run a business the way they would like. No different than large Cooperatives owned by the workers. Businesses being big is not a problem if they get that way without breaking God's Law and following His magistrates.
The question is did they use Cronyism to get their way or got that way via market mechanisms. Patents and Copyright or IP is not needed for a corporation to exist. One can exist without the other. As pointed out by Anti-IP advocate and activist Stephan Kinsella. The issues with certain corporations are the issues with those individual.corporations. There are also Godly corporations and free market supporting corporations. These two types of corporations are in completely different categories.
