Some think cussing is not a sin and part of the after effects of the Fall of mankind. However, Jesus makes it very clear that foul language is part of the Sin that comes from our total depravity or Original Sin our Sin nature. Even foolish talk is off limits to our Lord and God Christ.
As disciples and Doulos of our Lord and God Jesus we are to get rid of acting out sinful temptations the best we can while still in their sinful flesh. We will never be fully sanctified and we are both sinner/Righteousness as we get imputed the Righteousness of Christ in the sight of God the Farher due to his affective defenite redemption of the Saved person.
